Role: 

This is a senior Office Manager and Executive Assistant combined role, central to the smooth running of the business. Acting as the glue that holds everything together, you will provide high-level support to senior leaders while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a trusted, visible position requiring sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to take ownership. The role offers genuine flexibility, with hybrid working, adaptable hours and consideration for reduced hours for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities of the Office Manager and EA: 

  • Provide proactive, confidential executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting preparation and follow-up 
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring systems, processes and suppliers support an efficient and professional working environment 
  • Act as a key point of contact internally and externally, managing communications with confidence and discretion 
  • Support wider business administration, projects and people-related processes as required 

Requirements of the Office Manager and EA: 

  • Proven experience in a senior Office Manager, Executive Assistant and or operations role 
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities 
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable operating at a senior level within a business 

 Benefits:
