Your duties will include acting for Islamic banks on real estate finance transactions. What will you be doing as an NQ Solicitor?
- Acting for Islamic banks concerning real estate finance transactions, including drafting both facility and security documents.
- Structuring real estate investments in compliance with the aims of the firm’s clients.
- Real estate due diligence and transaction management duties.
- Engaging in innovative product development.
Skills/Qualifications of an NQ Solicitor?
- An NQ Solicitor specialising in Real Estate, ideally with a keen interest in Islamic Finance. (Training and support will be given however if you have not specialised in this particular area to-date).
- Some relevant Real Estate/Real Estate Finance experience acquired throughout your career to date/your training contract.
- Impeccable academic prowess and competency.
