Our client an IT Support company, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Executive to join their high-performing team. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns through various channels including the website, social media channels, and a knowledge of HubSpot
The role offers remote working with occasion access to Exeter or Bristol for meetings
Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:
- Execute the marketing plan, utilising HubSpot for customer acquisition and retention, and managing inbound marketing inquiries
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts, design referral campaigns, and deliver quarterly newsletters
- Update and maintain the company website and contact database; create relevant blog posts and coordinate with external content creators
- Collaborate with web developers for site improvements and report on marketing and website performance
- Develop internal communications with colleagues
Requirements of the Marketing Executive:
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with proficiency in copywriting, proofreading, WordPress, and HubSpot (or a similar CRM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong planning and prioritizing abilities, and highly organised
- Passionate about technology, adaptable to change, and a strong customer focus
