Up to £35,000 DOE | Newton Abbot / Exeter | Hybrid (up to 3 days in-office)

As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, driving impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase engagement, and support business growth. 

Role 

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns. Working closely with internal teams, you will manage automation workflows, create compelling content, and analyse performance metrics to enhance marketing effectiveness. 

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Campaign Executive: 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, webinars, and direct mail 
  • Develop and manage automated lead nurture workflows using HubSpot to enhance engagement and conversion rates 
  • Create SEO-optimised content, including email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages, while briefing designers for supporting visual 
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve future results 

Skills and Requirements of the Marketing Campaign Executive: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within training, education, or software sectors 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) for email automation, landing pages, and lead management 
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience in SEO content creation and website management via CMS (e.g., WordPress) 
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing tools to measure campaign success
