Cathedral Appointments has a great opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a fantastic local firm based in Weston Super Mare. This role would be suitable for a generalist Litigation Solicitor who has a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and has had exposure in their career to a mixed caseload of Litigation work.
Responsibilities:
- You will be required to deal with a varied Litigation caseload. Matters will include; Contentious Probate, Negligence, Contract, Property Litigation, and Employment
- You will ideally be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision
- You will be required to assist the Partners with the continued development and growth of the department
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with specific experience of working within Litigation
- Ideally, 5 years + PQE
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Proven track record of business development
