Our client, a Property Consultancy based in the South West, has a great opportunity for an Lettings Assistant to join their collaborative and supportive team. As an Agency Assistant, the role offers an exciting chance to join an expanding agency team. It is an assistant position supporting the agents, with opportunities for career advancement for those interested in pursuing a career in the agency.

This is a full–time role, however, part-time hours would be considered for the right individual.

There are 2 roles to be filled, one in Exeter and one in Truro.

Responsibilities of the Agency Assistant:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, and report offers to agents
  • Produce enquiry schedules, marketing updates, and Heads of Terms; update brochures with pricing changes
  • Liaise with the Agency Administrator for listing updates and handle their tasks when they're unavailable
  • Order boards, release keys following procedure, and collect comparable information as directed by agents

Requirements of the Agency Assistant:

  • Strong phone communication skills and effective property discussion after training
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Essential secretarial/administrative experience; driving license and car required for viewings (mileage compensated)
