Are you a budding IT support specialist or a 1st Line Support Technician looking for a move? Our client is an independent staff and community-owned charity with a mission to bring ideas, imagination, information, and knowledge to people's lives. Responsibilities of this 1st Line Support Technician role:

  • Provide 1st line IT support (over the phone, on email, or through the ticket management system)
  • Deliver excellent customer-focused support to colleagues
  • Continuously improve the quality and ensure the content fits the digital strategy
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base for the IT Service Desk us

 

1st Line Support Technician Requirements:

  • Experience working in a 1st line IT support role or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with Microsoft, ideally with experience of Office 365
  • Great customer service skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
