Role:
This is a senior interim opportunity for an experienced Interim HR Change Lead to lead a critical transformation programme over a nine-month fixed-term contract. The role will take ownership of a complex HR restructure and embedding Health and Safety related practices, before broadening into organisational design, and process improvement
Responsibilities of the Interim HR Change Lead:

Lead and deliver a complex HR restructure programme, ensuring compliance, clear consultation, and confident decision making.

Redesign the HR operating model, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and leadership expectations across the function.
