The role offers Full-time – 40 hours (Monday to Thursday 9:45 am - 7 pm and Friday 10 am - 6 pm) The work style is Hybrid, which involves spending at least two days, or 40% of your working week, in our Bristol office. This will be agreed upon by your Line Manager.
Insurance Advisor responsibilities include: -
- Working as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Handling customer queries with a very high level of customer service
- Providing accurate advice
- Sales-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Insurance Advisor requirements include: -
- Previous experience in a telephone sales role
- Good administration and IT skills
- A self-starter with great communication skills
- A team player
- Be resilient and be able to deal with customer queries and complaints
