Circa £50k  | Hybrid | Exeter

We are seeking an Human Resources Business Partner to join a Environmentally Conscious company based in Exeter. As the HRPB you will partner with the business unit to deliver a people plan aligned with business objectives, serve as a consultant and change agent for the leadership team, and create effective HR relationships to provide value-added services and contribute to strategic projects.

This role offers Hybrid flexible working model. Monday – Friday 37 hours per week

Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities include:

  • Support the development of a positive safety culture and build an engaged, skilled workforce through effective man-power planning, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Consult with leaders to create a people plan aligned with the group strategy, manage talent effectively to ensure the right people are in the right place, and enable business leaders to develop a strong leadership pipeline
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership, drive people-related initiatives using communication and influencing skills, challenge the status quo, and benchmark against best practices
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making, collaborate with the HR Shared Service team and Centres of Expertise to deliver high-value services, and manage HR documentation confidentially in compliance with the Data Protection Act

Human Resources Business Partner requirements include:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience/qualification in employment law
  • Previously worked as HR Business Partner or have generalist experience
  • Experience in HR Disciplines, and handling major organizational changes (e.g., TUPE, terms & conditions)
  • Confident and articulate influencer and communicator at all levels; proven presentation skills
