Are you an HR professional on the lookout for a fast-paced HR Advisor role? As part of a well-established retail firm, you will use your HR knowledge and experience to provide sound operational ER advice across the business.

HR Advisor responsibilities include: -

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on the full range of Employee Relations services
  • Liaise with independent third-party providers including Occupational Health Assessors
  • Review, update and draft any new Company employment policies & procedures that are engaging and add value
  • Use HRIS data to produce and analyse various management reports

HR Advisor requirements include: -

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
  • Similar experience of a complex and fast-paced caseload
  • Good level of employment law knowledge
  • Access to own transport as occasional travel may be required

Package for HR Advisor:

You will be working from home initially, with a view towards spending some days in the office when restrictions permit. Excellent benefits are on offer, including:
