A Progressive Company within Exeter is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their driven team and share in their company Culture that develops, recognises, and rewards talent, commitment, and contribution from staff at all levels. HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and collaborative working with the wider HR team to implement strategies for talent attraction and development, managing performance, engagement, and good governance, including:
  • developing the employee proposition
  • driving consistency of approach in attracting, managing, and developing talent
  • supporting the Teams culture to deliver improved business performance
  • identifying areas of continuous improvement
  • interpreting and developing HR systems, policies, procedures, and processes.

 

HR Business Partner Requirements:

  • Experience within a busy, commercial environment, ideally professional services, where HR operates as a key business partner.
  • Experience of co-ordinating activities and resources in relation to project management and of working effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to other office locations.
