Role Overview:
This HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations. Supporting a small, collaborative HR team, you will act as a central point of coordination across processes, systems, and recruitment activity. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, with the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and enhance the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities of the HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator:
- Coordinate HR operations, including managing the full employee lifecycle and maintaining accurate records
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Monitor probation periods and key employee lifecycle milestones, ensuring timely reviews and follow-ups
- Produce HR data reports and support payroll and benefits administration with accurate information
Requirements of the HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator:
- Previous experience in an HR or recruitment coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with an interest in systems, process improvement, and technology
