Role:
As HR Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service across the firm. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll support the full spectrum of HR responsibilities—from recruitment and compliance to wellbeing and engagement.
Responsibilities of the HR Officer: -
- Provide support across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, absence and performance management
- Champion employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives aligned with company values
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and regulatory obligations
- Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements for the HR Officer: -
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Officer or generalist role
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and experience using HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- CIPD qualification (full or part) and experience in a professional services environment are highly desirable
