We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR professional to join our client's small, busy team as an HR Manager, working closely with the Director to provide an efficient, effective HR service to a busy, hard-working team within a professional services environment.

16 – 20 hours per week with flexibility on how this looks and would fit around school hours.

As HR Manager, you will be:

  • Strategic duties - Working with the MD and management team on business and people strategy, and succession planning.
  • Generalist HR duties - oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee documentation, and stay updated with HR trends best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Team training and development - Working with the MD to further develop the L&D program to address employee training needs. To include organising training across the firm
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee employee relations casework.
  •  Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

As HR Manager, you will need:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Sound knowledge of current HR policies and procedures
  • Strong commercial awareness
