An established hospitality company based in Exeter are looking to recruit an HR Manager to join their small and inclusive workforce. As HR Manager you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources to support our employees and promote a thriving work environment.
The role offers Part-Time hours, 2 days a week. They promote flexible working conditions offering a great work-life balance.
As HR Manager, you will be:
- Employee Engagement – Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement
- Cultural Development – Collaborate with leadership to reinforce the workplace culture and values
- Disciplinaries and Grievances - Serve as the primary point of contact for handling disciplinary matters and grievances
- Generalist HR Duties – oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee documentation, stay updated with HR trends best practices and legal requirements.
As HR Manager, you will need:
- CIPD qualification
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Sound knowledge of current HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in leading in disciplinary and grievance procedures
