Salary up to £55k DOE | Hybrid | Exeter

HR Consultant opportunity to join a leading national professional services organisation in their Exeter office. The role of HR Consultant will work closely with clients across the education sector ensuring they receive a high-level HR advisory service.  

HR Consultant responsibilities include:

  • Provide a solution focused, pragmatic HR advisory service
  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Maximise opportunities to develop further relationships
  • Lead on ad-hoc client projects, covering the full scope of generalist HR
  • Prepare for pitches/tender presentations
  • Create content for and deliver training to clients
  • Undertake public speaking at conferences and other events

HR Consultant requirements include:

  • Strong HR generalist expertise, knowledge of the education sector would be highly advantageous
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
  • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of HR best practice and employment law
  • Sound experience of managing and bringing to a successful conclusion complex and contentious HR casework
  • Commercially minded with the ability to build networks and potential client relationships
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
