Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for the next step in your career? This is an exciting time to join an Exeter-based team that is undergoing a revised structure and new leadership within the department.
HR Business Partner responsibilities include: -
- Provide staff with a professional and business-focused generalist HR service
- Build strong credible relationships with managers to fully understand their challenges and work with them to creatively identify solutions
- Review current policies and procedures, in conjunction with the Head of People
HR Business Partner requirements include: -
- CIPD qualified to at least Level 5
- Experience of managing individual cases including, probationary, grievance, disciplinary, capability, ill health, and absentee cases
- Experience of assisting with change within an organisation
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships
