Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for the next step in your career? This is an exciting time to join an Exeter-based team that is undergoing a revised structure and new leadership within the department.

HR Business Partner responsibilities include: -

  • Provide staff with a professional and business-focused generalist HR service
  • Build strong credible relationships with managers to fully understand their challenges and work with them to creatively identify solutions
  • Review current policies and procedures, in conjunction with the Head of People

HR Business Partner requirements include: -

  • CIPD qualified to at least Level 5
  • Experience of managing individual cases including, probationary, grievance, disciplinary, capability, ill health, and absentee cases
  • Experience of assisting with change within an organisation
  • Ability to quickly build positive relationships
