Our client, a highly dynamic and successful company based on the outskirts of Exeter, requires an HR Business Partner to join their team on a fixed-term 12-month contract.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities include:
- Implementing HR / people strategies that enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with their mission and values.
- Creating a collaborative working environment, empowering managers and leaders across the organisation.
- Line management of up to 3 individuals.
- Facilitating opportunities for professional development, ensuring their people are equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to drive positive change in their roles.
- Act as a go-to member of the HR/People team, providing strategic support to managers and leaders. Collaborate closely with teams to understand their needs, offering expert guidance and solutions that align with their objectives.
About You:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role (with line management experience), confident in your ability, with a demonstrable track record of driving positive change and innovation.
