Our client, a highly dynamic and successful company based on the outskirts of Exeter, requires an HR Business Partner to join their team on a fixed-term 12-month contract. 

HR Business Partner Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing HR / people strategies that enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with their mission and values.
  • Creating a collaborative working environment, empowering managers and leaders across the organisation.
  • Line management of up to 3 individuals.
  • Facilitating opportunities for professional development, ensuring their people are equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to drive positive change in their roles.
  • Act as a go-to member of the HR/People team, providing strategic support to managers and leaders. Collaborate closely with teams to understand their needs, offering expert guidance and solutions that align with their objectives.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role (with line management experience), confident in your ability, with a demonstrable track record of driving positive change and innovation.

  • Up to £50k DOE
  • 12 month maternity cover
  • Full or part time (min 4 days per week)
  • Flex start and finish times - 32-40 hours per week
