The Human Resources team are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide proactive, commercial, and business-focused HR support to key areas of the Firm

HR Business Partner Responsibilities include: -

  • Responsible for the full employee lifecycle, acting as the key HR interface and taking the lead in all HR matters for your designated core client groups across each of the Firm's offices.
  • Build trusted relationships with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers and provide support, guidance and advice to your core client groups, working with other stakeholders where relevant, on a wide range of HR issues. This will include managing complex employment relations activities, resourcing and talent acquisition, development, performance management, change management, restructuring, culture, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Advise, interpret and provide practical guidance in respect of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and best practice specific to the needs of the business.
  • Apply strong commercial focus and influence key business decisions to ensure the pragmatic application of best practices in people management.
  • Lead on key strategic and operational HR projects
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support when required across a range of areas to provide additional support to other team members, which may include maintenance of our HR database, payroll, onboarding, recruitment and absence management.

HR Business Partner Requirements include: -

  • Minimum experience of 5 years as an HR advisor – ideally as HRBP
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent,
  • Strong IT Skills (Microsoft Office 2010, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills and can demonstrate examples of multi-tasking ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to influence a range of business areas and management levels
  • Experience in successfully managing complex ER issues
