Are you looking for your next career move within HR? If so, this could be the position for you - as part of a small HR team, you will help to drive change, support business growth, and make a real impact in the work you do.
This is a full-time position based in Plymouth, with the requirement for occasional travel. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm.
Responsibilities include: -
- Support managers with a range of issues such as investigations, disciplines, grievances, performance, wellbeing/absence issues, and probation reviews
- Assist with delivering colleague engagement initiatives
- Assist with the onboarding of new starters and general HR administration
- Liaise with payroll to ensure colleagues are paid correctly
Requirements: -
- A strong background in dealing with a variety of ER issues
- Coaching and problem-solving skills
- CIPD qualification is useful (level 3 or 5), and our client would consider providing support with further professional qualifications and in-house development training
