Our client, a privately owned organisation with over 40 year’s experience within the motor trade, are looking to recruit an Experienced HR Advisor.

This role is based from the Exeter office and includes travel to multiple sites across the South West, therefore, you must hold a full, UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Working hours, Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30

HR Advisor responsibilities include: -

  • Provide expert HR advice
  • Collaboration with management to effectively plan for the future
  • Develop and execute training programmes to enhance staff
  • Performance management and appraisals
  • Support management to resolve employee relation issues

HR Advisor requirements include: -

  • Ideally Level 5 CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
  • Previous experience of operating at an HR Advisor level
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • A methodical, organised approach to work and strong influencing skills
  • You must drive and have access to a vehicle
