Role Overview: 
The Housing Administrator role is a varied and rewarding position combining community support with core administrative and governance responsibilities. Acting as a key point of contact, you will play an important role in ensuring individuals feel supported while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative community setting. 

Responsibilities of the Housing Administrator: 

  • Act as the first point of contact, managing enquiries and maintaining positive relationships  
  • Oversee applications, allocations, and accurate record-keeping  
  • Support financial administration including invoicing, income monitoring, and invoice processing  
  • Provide governance and administrative support, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and taking minutes  

Requirements of the Housing Administrator: 

  • Previous experience in an administrative & customer-focused role  
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines  
  • Confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach  
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with records and documentation
