Our client, an established Legal firm, based in Exeter, are seeking an experienced Housing Administrator to join our dynamic Housing and Civil Litigation team. As the Housing Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations, while liaising with both new and existing clients.
This role offers hybrid working with regular access to the Exeter Office.
Responsibilities of the Housing Administrator:
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the team
- Manage tasks such as data entry and document preparation using Excel and web-based case management systems
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new clients and maintain communications with current clients
- Assist in coordinating team activities and ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements of the Housing Administrator:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or housing setting
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced in using case management software
- Strong organisational and communication skill
