Cathedral Appointments is recruiting on behalf of an ambitious group of businesses based in Exeter, united by a shared commitment to positive social, environmental and economic impact. Operating from a modern, sustainability-focused workplace, the group is home to a close-knit team who take pride in providing a high-quality experience for everyone who works there.

They are now looking for a House Services Coordinator to join on a part-time, permanent basis, working 24 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.

The Role

As House Services Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of the building, delivering a warm and professional front-of-house service while supporting the smooth delivery of events, activities and workplace initiatives. This role suits someone who enjoys being a visible, valued part of a professional community and who takes pride in creating a positive experience for others. It is well suited to someone seeking predictable, structured part-time hours.

Responsibilities for the House Services Coordinator:

  • Act as a professional, welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
  • Maintain a visible and responsive presence around the building, keeping front-of-house standards consistently high
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal events and workplace activities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visits and events run smoothly
  • Bring forward ideas to continuously improve the day-to-day workplace experience
  • Assist with sourcing suppliers and supporting sustainable operational practices

Requirements for the House Services Coordinator include:
