Our client, based in Exeter is seeking a Head of Customer Onboarding to join their team. The company is seeking individuals who align with its core values, show deep care, embrace innovation, strive for excellence, prioritise the customer, be friendly, and celebrate individuality.  

This role offers Hybrid working, Monday – Friday.  

Head of Customer Onboarding responsibilities include: -  

  • Provide regular reporting to the Senior Leadership Team  
  • Management of the customer service team  
  • Organise and lead in presentations to all stakeholders  
  • Take responsibility for continually improving the processes and customer experience  

Head of Customer Onboarding requirements include: -  

  • Previous experience in a similar customer onboarding role 
  • Operational experience in dynamic and rapidly evolving business environments  
  • Strong stakeholder management skills  
  • Project management experience 
  • Confidence in presenting information to a variety of audiences  
  • Excellent Customer relationship skills  
  • Previous experience in managing and developing a small team
