£40k DOE | HYBRID | DISCRETIONARY COMPANY BONUS

A high-growth technology company, based just outside of Exeter is seeking a Head of Customer Onboarding to join their team. This role offers Hybrid working, Monday – Friday 08:30 – 5:30, 40 hours per week.

Head of Customer Onboarding responsibilities include: -

  • Maintain the Customer Onboarding dashboard
  • Provide regular reporting to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Management of the customer Onboarding team
  • Organise and lead in presentations to all stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for continually improving the Onboarding processes and customer experience

Head of Customer Onboarding requirements include: -

  • Previous experience in a similar Senior Customer Service, Onboarding role
  • Operational knowledge of fast-moving SaaS or Technology focused organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence in presenting information to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent Customer relationship skills
  • Previous experience of managing and developing a small team
