Our client is looking for someone ready for a career as a Graduate Commercial Account Manager. This is a trainee role with a desirable salary perfect for someone willing to learn and develop their career. Your role will include supporting the Commercial Account Managers to maximise sales & contribution within defined accounts, building strong relationships and customer confidence with buyers and other influencing personnel. The target is to develop into an Account Manager within 2 years.

Key responsibilities (under the guidance of the line manager): 

  • Identify and respond to customer needs
  • Initiate customer contact and maximise customer relations
  • Organise and attend relevant internal or external meetings 
  • Assist in setting budgets and monitor and control account sales, contribution and volume
  • Identify new business with existing and new customers
  • Utilise and use appropriate IT systems such as CRM
