The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part-qualified General Practice Accountant to join their Bristol office. This role offers varied exposure across accounts preparation, tax, and client services within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities of the General Practice Accountant:
- Assist in the preparation of accounts and corporation tax returns for a varied client portfolio
- Support senior staff on assignments across different entity types including sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies
- Review client records to identify missing information or further queries, escalating as needed
- Begin developing insights to deliver added value to clients and enhance the overall client experience
What we’re looking for in a General Practice Accountant:
- 1–2 years of experience working in an accountancy practice
- Actively studying towards ACCA or ACA qualification
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
