Our client, a family business, based in Wellington within the Financial Services Sector is looking for an Administrator with amazing attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to get stuck in!

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9 – 5

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Working independently using own initiative without being managed
  • To help develop and move the business forward with the business owner
  • Actively help to drive efficiency within the firm e.g. help define processes and improve existing ones
  • Answering the phone and dealing with clients and answering straight-forward queries directly
  • Preparation of files for client meetings, including running reports from Intelliflo, producing illustrations, and simple FE Analytics reports
  • Gathering data – submitting letters of authority, chasing up information regularly, and summarising it ready for the Financial Planner/Paraplanner to review

Administrator Requirements:

  • Proven strong Administration Experience
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently, on own initiative
  • Be happy working on a 1:1 basis – this is a personal role where fit is vital
  • Strong IT skills are essential
  • Whilst not essential, any RO qualifications would be advantageous
