FRENCH SPEAKING ACCOUNT MANAGER (3013)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing technology company that’s transforming how businesses optimise performance, reduce costs, and improve safety using smart, data-driven tools. With a reputation for innovation and a collaborative culture, they’re now looking for a French-speaking Account Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role
As a French-speaking Account Manager, you’ll manage key client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer success. You’ll work with a variety of businesses, providing strategic insights and helping them maximise the value of their solutions.

This role requires fluent French, SaaS experience, and a full UK driving licence, as you’ll need to travel to the Exeter office once per month.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of key clients
  • Providing ongoing strategic support and performance insights
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring contract renewals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and adoption
  • Delivering training and guidance on SaaS products

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in French (German is a bonus but not essential)
  • Proven B2B account management experience within the SaaS sector
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Confident analysing data and making strategic recommendations
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Exeter once per month
