With a strong focus on delivering high-quality support, they are seeking a Finance Manager to play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial processes across the business.
Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Finance Manager looking to take ownership of a broad and varied finance role. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee key financial processes, including management accounts, payroll coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI analysis. You'll also collaborate with operational teams to provide valuable financial insight that supports business performance.
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and franchisor reporting packs.
- Manage payroll coordination, financial accounting, reconciliations, journals, and the fixed asset register.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and support strategic financial planning.
- Work closely with operational managers and senior leadership to provide financial insight and ensure accurate invoicing, aged debt management, and compliance.
Requirements of the Finance Manager:
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role with responsibility for month-end reporting.
- Strong knowledge of management accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience coordinating payroll and working with finance and payroll software, ideally including Xero.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
