With a strong focus on continuous improvement, commercial insight, and operational excellence, the business is looking for a capable Finance Manager to support its next stage of growth.
Role Overview:
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process and provide meaningful financial insight to support decision-making across the business. This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, controls, and process improvement. It would suit a qualified finance professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis
- Lead month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Support budgeting, reforecasting, and cash flow planning across the business
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial analysis, commercial insight, and decision support
Requirements of the Finance Manager:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or finalist, with strong management accounts experience
- Confident preparing end-to-end monthly accounts and supporting reporting for senior leaders
- Strong Excel skills with experience building and analysing financial models
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues
