 The Role: 

As a Finance Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting the finance function by delivering accurate and efficient administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-focused, organised, and keen to develop within a forward-thinking organisation. 

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator: 

  • Process electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Record, allocate, and reconcile receipts to client accounts, ensuring invoice payments are applied correctly.
  • Download, prepare, and upload bank data into internal financial systems.
  • Respond promptly to finance-related queries and support colleagues with payment issues.
  • Assist with the monthly invoicing cycle, meeting deadlines while maintaining accurate financial records with the Finance team.

Requirements of the Finance Administrator: 

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. 
  • Ability to manage financial tasks accurately and efficiently. 
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Experience in a finance, accounts, or cashiering role is beneficial but not essential. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using finance systems is an advantage.
