Are you a confident communicator? Do you have facilities management experience? We’re recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join an Exeter-based team that encourages passion, ambition, and new ideas.
Facilities Coordinator responsibilities include: -
- Provide day-to-day facilities management of the Exeter site, ensuring compliance with environmental and Health & Safety legislation
- Implement group-wide facilities infrastructure/processes, supporting team members in other locations as required
- Manage relevant occupational health issues in conjunction with the HR department
- Participate in ISO14001 audits and manage all aspects of the Environmental Management System to maintain the company’s ISO14001 accreditation
Facilities Coordinator requirements include: -
- Previous experience in a facilities management role, particularly experience with environmental management systems (preferably ISO14001) and health and safety
- IOSH Managing Safely and DSE Level 2 qualifications (desirable)
- Environmental and NEBOSH qualifications would be an advantage
- A strong communicator with the ability to coach others and work well under pressure
