UP TO £25K DOE | OFFICE BASED | EXETER CITY CENTRE 

Our client, a thriving local business with a vibrant culture is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their team. As an Events Coordinator, you will have experience in customer service, ideally from a hospitality or flex-space background, and you will hold an interest in creating and coordinating all different types of events. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to make this role your own. 

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8 am–4 pm (office hours) with some evening work required for events. 

Events Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Organise and coordinate member events, social gatherings, and educational speaker events 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and members, handling requests such as meeting room bookings and technical support 
  • Assist with managing post, deliveries, and meeting room setups 
  • Handle membership inquiries and provide support to the reception team 

Events Coordinator Requirements: 

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or flexible workspace environments 
  • Strong interest in event planning and coordination 
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team 
  • Flexible to work some evenings when required for events
