Up to £35k DOE | Hybrid | Exeter

A high-growth technology company, based just outside of Exeter is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their team. This role is Full-time, offering Hybrid working,  Monday – Friday 08:30 – 5:30, 40 hours per week.

Engagement Manager responsibilities include: -

  • You will maintain and implement the communication strategies for all customers
  • Work closely with the rest of the engagement team, growth, marketing and engineering teams to ensure all new initiatives are thoroughly planned and executed
  • You will manage your projects ensuring that they achieve KPIs and achieve the agreed milestones and deliverables
  • You will leverage and optimise our industry-leading analytics and messaging tools across all our product stack
  • You will contribute to the continued development of the team, company and products

Engagement Manager requirements include: -

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience with project management/coordination would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Computer literacy skills are essential to be able to support our customers as effectively as possible
  • Able to communicate confidently with all levels of staff within the business
