Up to £35k pro rata DOE | Hybrid | Part-time 3 days a week

A dynamic and innovative organisation is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Exeter. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead the digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will design and execute campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and delivering measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

This role offers some Hybrid flexibility, with part-time hours covering 16-25 hours a week – over 3 days.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive:

  • Develop Digital Strategies: Craft and implement marketing plans across social media, email, website, and paid advertising to boost engagement and conversions
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling content for social media, blogs, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences
  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee social media platforms and digital advertising (SEO and PPC), analysing and optimising performance for maximum ROI
  • Data-driven insights: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Executive:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within FMCG
  • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills and a creative mindset
