Responsibilities include:

  • Management of the company portal, fleet setup changes and general administrative support as the Customer Technical Support ‘go-to’ contact for each account
  • Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate inbound customer queries utilising the Salesforce (CRM)     
  • Take incoming calls on the main Customer Support phone line, from different company users including fleet managers, drivers, engineers, general queries, or potential new customers

Role Requirements: 

  • Excellent customer relations skills and the ability to multitask/deliver under pressure ( at least 12 months of proven experience)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • A problem solver and able to use their own initiative
  • Experience in Automotive services would be advantageous
