Up to £24k Starting Salary | £12k OTE | Exeter
Our client, a procurement consultancy that prides itself on its excellent client support and is experiencing growth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Exeter.
The ideal candidate will have office-based experience, within the Energy and telecommunications sectors, and be able to manage client accounts/ portfolios.
Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, earlier finish on a Friday!
What will you be doing?
- Managing client retention
- Responsible for multiple client portfolios and reaching agreed targets
- Providing support, guidance and outstanding customer service
- Contacting existing & new clients to generate business (not cold calling)
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience within an office-based environment
- Proven experience within the Telecommunications and/or energy sectors
- Proven Experience in reaching SLTs
- Passionate about providing a high-level of client satisfaction
The Benefits
- Salary £24,000 rising to £26,000 after probation
- Sale bonus of up to £1,000 per month
- 26 holidays plus bank holidays
