Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced, growing team. As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to be confident, have excellent communication skills and be a team player. 

The main requirements of a Customer Service Advisor are:

  • to receive telephone calls from customers and ensure that queries are dealt with professionally and effectively
  • assist customers with floor plans and quantity calculations
  • log customer issues onto Sales Logix system with detailed explanations 
  • administer correspondence generated from orders, invoices, and distribution 

The correct candidate will have:

  • previous experience working within customer service
  • willingness to learn, develop, and be trained
  • accurate keyboard skills and experience of data entry
  • the enthusiasm with the desire to strive towards continuous improvement
