Role Overview:
We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for an immediate-start temporary assignment supporting an inbound energy services campaign. This is a fully onsite role in Exeter where you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries with professionalism and care. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service experience looking for a short-term role in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisors:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to energy services via telephone and email
- Provide accurate, clear and professional information to customers
- Update and maintain internal systems with accurate customer records
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisors:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment
- Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound environment
- Good IT skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Benefits:
- Temporary contract with immediate start, subject to references and right to work checks
