Our client, A high-growth technology company, based in Exeter is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a Fixed-term contract initially offered for 9 months with the potential for the right candidate to go permanent.
This role offers Hybrid working. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 5:30, 40 hours per week.
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities include: -
- Conducting client calls
- Coordinating with external partners to facilitate efficient and seamless processes
- Overseeing internal systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Managing the customers' expectations ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Performing ad hoc tasks required by the business
Customer Service Advisor requirements include: -
- Previous experience in a customer service role, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Competent Computer literacy skills
