Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities include: -
- Efficiently process written and phone-based inquiries, consistently delivering top-notch service
- Master the use of bespoke systems, service-specific knowledge, and communication skills through training and personal development
- Play an integral role in the Client Support Team by maintaining a positive attitude and fostering quality teamwork
- Achieve both team and individual KPIs
Customer Service Advisor Requirements include: -
- Proven experience with a Customer service role, providing high levels of service
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work positively within a team, along with using own initiative to get tasks completed
- Someone who loves a challenge and enjoys taking on new situations
- For this role, you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check
