A high-growth technology company, based just outside of Exeter is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This role offers Hybrid working. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 5:30, 40 hours per week.
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities include: -
- Conducting fact-finding calls to clients
- Liaising with third-party companies to ensure a timely and smooth process
- Monitoring internal systems and CRMs to ensure data is kept up-to-date
- Managing the customers' expectations ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Performing ad hoc tasks required by the business
Customer Service Advisor requirements include: -
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Competent Computer literacy skills
