Are you fluent in German? Do you have experience within a customer service environment?

Our client, a prestigious high-end company, is in search of an Export Customer Services Advisor who is fluent in German.

Export Customer Services Advisor responsibilities:

  • Receiving and making telephone calls in the relevant language
  • Processing orders received via telephone or email
  • Responding to and solving customer problems/queries/complaints
  • Supporting and liaising with the Sales Representatives regarding queries relating to customer details, display products and inputting of orders
  • Assisting customers with floor plans and quantity calculations
  • Assisting in translating and checking translations for various departments such as marketing, goods-in and purchasing

Export Customer Services Advisor requirements:

  • Be fluent in German and be competent in formal writing skills in German and English
  • Have proven customer service/sales order processing experience
  • Have accurate keyboard skills and experience of data entry
  • Be educated to a good standard - A’ levels or equivalent. Basic mathematical ability essential
