Customer Service Administrator responsibilities include: -
- Process online orders and manage damages & customer returns
- Manage courier claims and ensure all despatches are accurately transferred to the courier system
- Provide administrative support to the Account Manager
- Support colleagues in all aspects of daily customer service and general office activities including, answering telephone calls, data entry, and dealing with email enquiries
Customer Service Administrator requirements include: -
- Bright and engaging personality – the team are fun and friendly
- Previous customer service experience
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Attention to detail is essential, all other training will be provided
- The role will start at 8.30 am, there can be some flex on finish times
