Are you looking for an immediate start temporary role?
Our client, a successful local business with a positive and vibrant culture is seeking an individual who is confident on the phone to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a Monday – Friday role for a minimum of 4 weeks, the working hours for this position are 8:30am – 5:00pm with 45 minute lunch break.
Customer Service details:
- You will be making outbound calls to existing customers.
- This is warm data, direct to current business customers – no cold calling, no hard sell!
- Working as part of a team full training will be provided and full support on hand during the project.
Customer Service requirements:
- Confident and easy communicator, able to build rapport with ease and engage in conversation.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to warm business-to-business customers.
- Previous sales, customer service or people-facing experience would be ideal.
- Basic administration and office skills required.
