Our client, one of the UK’s most respected financial companies is looking for Customer Advisors to join their team. As a Customer Advisor, you'll play a key role in building relationships with customers and ensuring their financial needs are met.
The role offers Full-time – 40 hours (Monday to Thursday 9:45 am - 7 pm and Friday 10 am - 6 pm) The work style is Hybrid, which involves spending at least two days, or 40% of your working week, in the Bristol office.
Customer Advisors' responsibilities include: -
- Engage with customers to identify and address their financial needs
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Transfer or signpost customers to the appropriate team to meet their needs
- Meet personal KPIs and contribute to the company’s overall objectives
Customer Advisors' requirements include: -
- Proven experience in a similar Customer Advisor role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing workload efficiently
- A genuine desire to help customers and deliver a positive experience
- Ability to work in line with internal rules and regulatory requirements
