Summary:
Our client, a well established and reputable Law firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Exeter on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be centered around managing your own varied caseload of commercial property matters. You should ideally have up to 5 years experience in all aspects of commercial property work.
What will you be doing as a Commercial Property Solicitor?
- Dealing with a wide and varied caseload of Commercial Property matters to include acquisitions and disposals, taking and granting of leases as well as portfolio management and secured lending.
- Engaging in activities which contribute to the business development and future progression of the firm.
Skills/Qualifications of a Commercial Property Solicitor:
- You should ideally possess up to 5 years experience gained within the Commercial Property sector.
- You will be able to work comfortably both independently and as part of a team.
- You will have strong business acumen and be eager to see the firm progress.
- You will have impeccable communication skills.
